Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RIZTIZE FASHION. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Consultations and Bookings

  • All bespoke and bridal consultations require a scheduled appointment.
  • A non-refundable consultation fee may apply, which will be credited toward your final invoice if you proceed with an order.

2. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHC).
  • A deposit of 60% is required before work commences on any custom garment.
  • The remaining balance of 40% must be paid in full upon or before the final fitting/collection.

3. Fittings and Alterations

  • Clients are required to attend scheduled fittings to ensure the perfect fit.
  • RIZTIZE FASHION provides up to two (2) complimentary alterations after the first fitting. Any major design changes made by the client after production has started will incur additional costs.

4. Fabric and Materials

  • While we source premium fabrics, RIZTIZE FASHION is not responsible for inherent flaws in fabrics provided by the client.
  • We reserve the right to refuse work on fabrics that do not meet our quality standards for the requested design.

5. Timeline and Collection

  • Standard production time is [Insert Number, e.g., 2–4 weeks] depending on the complexity. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee.
  • Garments must be collected within 14 days of completion. RIZTIZE FASHION is not liable for garments left uncollected after 30 days.
